About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Associate (BDA) to help drive Playbook’s growth. This is an ideal role for someone who’s passionate about sports, understands the mindset of coaches, directors, and athletes, and wants to bring that same competitive energy to sales and business development.
What You’ll Do
Engage with sports facilities, clubs, academies, and organizations, showing how Playbook can automate operations and increase revenues.
Prospect and connect with new clients through calls, emails, social media, and event-based outreach.
Schedule and prepare high-quality software demos with top-tier prospects.
Partner with Account Executives on demos, relationship building, proposals, and closing deals.
What We’re Looking For
Prior internship or full-time experience in a sales role.
Strong interest or background in sports (experience as a player, coach, or operator is a plus).
Bonus: Experience working in a sports facility, league, or tech-driven environment.
