Job responsibilities include but are not limited to conducting assessments and treatment plans, ongoing support, training and supervision of COTAs, developing and maintaining treatment plans, maintaining effective documentation, providing consultation, train, model, and provide feedback on the implementation of therapy plan to caregivers.

Qualifications and Position requirements:

·         Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.

·         Board Certified Occupational Therapist (OTR)

·         Minimum of 1-year experience with children/adolescents with Autism and/or other developmental disabilities

·         Adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics.

·     Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

·         Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
