The Details: 

📍Location: Charleston, WV

💰Pay: $15.00 per hour 

📅⏰ Hours and schedule: 

Interns are expected to work ~20 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Specific hours may vary based on company needs. During the summer, interns are expected to be on-site in our Charleston, WV office fully engaging in the EDGE program and experiencing all our firm has to offer. Many EDGE interns are invited to extend their internship into the fall and spring semesters. These extended opportunities are typically virtual and may offer a reduced workload/hours to balance academic commitments.

Your internship will be filled with diverse opportunities to support both your personal and professional development. In addition, you may take on meaningful tasks that contribute directly to the team’s success, such as: 

• Client service support 
• Meeting preparation 
• Report editing 
• Financial plan data entry 
• Dashboard building

🎯 Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in a four-year program for Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Wealth Management, Organizational Industry Business Administration, Operations or related discipline. Rising Senior preferred.  
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills 
• Strong research and organizational skills; detail-oriented 
• Comfort initiating outreach and engagement with team members at all levels of the organization 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Willingness to go over and above scope of assigned duties. 
• Willingness to dive into our team culture and provide a premium client experience.
