Internship Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and relationship-driven Mentorship Program Intern to support the coordination and growth of our mentorship initiatives. This role will work closely with the Programs and Operations teams to ensure mentors and mentees have a smooth and successful experience throughout the program.
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to nonprofit program management, event coordination, and community engagement within the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Mentor-Mentee Scheduling
Support the matching process and help schedule intro meetings, check-ins, and ongoing mentorship engagements.
Track Program Progress & Feedback
Monitor mentorship activities, collect feedback, and ensure interactions are documented to measure engagement and outcomes.
Assist in Event Planning & Execution
Help organize workshops and networking events by managing RSVPs, logistics, and day-of support.
Maintain Accurate Program Documentation
Update databases, tracking sheets, and meeting notes to keep records organized and accessible.
Support Outreach & Recruitment
Help identify and onboard mentors and mentees using email, social outreach, and community networks.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Organized and detail-focused with good time-management skills
Comfortable interacting with professionals and entrepreneurs
Experience with Google Workspace, CRM tools, or project management software is a plus
Interest in nonprofit work, entrepreneurship, or community development
