This internship role supports the delivery and enhancement of product education across multiple tax software platforms. The intern will collaborate with teams across Customer Success, Product, and Support to help ensure users effectively adopt product features and receive clear, timely enablement resources. Responsibilities include assisting with content creation, supporting live training sessions, and contributing to proactive customer enablement initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the creation and delivery of training content aligned with customer needs.
- Assist in developing and maintaining user-facing materials such as quick-start guides, walkthroughs, and eLearning modules.
- Support live and recorded training sessions for internal teams and customers.
- Contribute to onboarding and enablement initiatives by preparing follow-up resources and documentation.
- Track and summarize training participation data to help evaluate content effectiveness.
- Seek feedback, participate in learning sessions, and apply coaching to support professional growth.
Education and Experience:
- Working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Education, or English.
- Anticipated graduation date within one year of internship
- Minimum Overall and Major GPA of 2.8
- Minimum of 6 – 12 Accounting hours depending on practice

- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
- Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and etc.
- Familiarity with tools such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia preferred.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver's license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Atlanta GA Hourly Salary: $21.50 - $25.00.
Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation.
