Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Special Education Endorsement Required
- Emotional Impairment (SE) Endorsement Preferred
- Must be Highly Qualified
- State of Michigan Teaching Certificate Required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Differentiate Instruction
- Implement IEPs, assessment, and monitoring
- Create a supportive classroom environment.
- Previous experience working with elementary students.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues.
- Connects well with parents/guardians.
- Growth and asset-minded . . . each day is a ‘get-to’ day.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, strong interpersonal skills.
