Finance Intern: Emerging Leaders at Siemens Energy
Internship Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Finance Intern to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity for students pursuing a degree in finance and who are enthusiastic about making a significant impact in the energy industry. The ideal candidate will be available to commit 20-25 hours a week for a year-long internship, with a graduation date of Spring 2026 or later.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis, including but not limited to, monthly financial statements, budget variance reports, and ad-hoc reports.
- Participate in the improvement of financial processes and systems.
- Conduct financial data research and analysis to help in decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and provide support.
- Assist various functions across Siemens Energy with financial tasks ranging from business controlling, forecasting, etc.
Requirements: - Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s in finance or a closely related field, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026 or later.
- Available to commit 20-25 hours a week for a year-long internship.
- Strong passion and interest in the energy industry and its future.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
