Aviation Training Fellow - July 2026 Start

The Aviation Training Fellow will serve alongside the Aviation Training team which ensures that pilots around the world have the knowledge and hands-on experience to thrive in their unique contexts as well as comply with aviation standards. He or she will specifically be focused on digitizing the content of aviation training modules and helping implement strategies to record and track training completion.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of a learning management system (LMS) for JAARS Aviation Training
• Digitize aviation training content so that it can be accessed around the world
• Collaborate on the development of a continuous professional training program for JAARS Aviation
• Assist the Aviation Training Manager on other projects
• Other job-related duties as assigned by your manager
