Welcome to Sunrun! We are looking for Athletes. Competitive, driven, and confident individuals who are wanting an opportunity to travel the world, earn a high income while in college, and be a part of a program that develops young individuals into fierce entrepreneurs. Sunrun sponsors us “Athletes” with Nike, Lululemon, Vuori, and more while also paying young students within our program like D-1 and Professional Athletes.

This is a commission job,  with hourly as you learn, where individuals will be educated, trained, and developed to sell solar door to door. It may sound new or difficult, however on average all of our first time recruits do at least 2 sales on their first trip with us averaging $2000 for only working one week. Our top rookie in 2024, made over $120,000 in just 4 months of work, paid to him in full before the start of Fall Semester. Our average rookie makes about $30,000 in 4 months. Our veterans on the other hand who progress down the road, average over six figures in their second year and on, with 4 individuals on the travel team in 2024 making over $350,000+ in 4 months. The program is led by Divisional Manager, Savon Moniz (@savonmoniz on Instagram) who is a 12 year Door to Door Sales Veteran, #1 in sales in 2023 and will be providing the training and coaching along with the leadership group within the program.

The idea of solar is simple, the world doesn’t generate enough power through coal and fossil fuels to provide enough energy to support the country’s power consumption. So the government along with certain states have incentives for homeowners worth tens of thousands of dollars to add solar panels, and in some cases back up batteries to their homes to provide energy needed instead of the local utility companies. Sunrun can offer that same California homeowner solar and batteries for $200/mo without installation or equipment costs, no extra fees, save the homeowner on their monthly bill on month one, and that sales rep will be paid very well through incentives provided for homeowners to go solar. 
 

You will receive hourly+commission as you learn. Commission and hourly is paid bi-weekly, you will be provided with comfortable and stylish work clothing as Sunrun Athletes are sponsored by Nike, Lululemon, Vuori and more. There is opportunity to earn stock and equity in Sunrun ($13B Publicly Traded Company) in just your first 4 months, along with bonuses, gift cards and opportunities to be promoted and earn additional pay after your first completed summer.

There are also quarterly incentive trips offered, to New Zealand, Tahiti, Vegas Getaways, NBA/NFL/MLB Games, Concerts and more for top reps and incentive earners.
