Parking Attendant

We are Event driven and you can pick when you work, and you can work as much as you want to.
ABM Industries Inc. is looking for a Parking Attendant to assist in the City of Minneapolis Parking Ramp system.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Observe and report condition of and appearance of assigned parking facility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work assignment
- Greet visitors and direct traffic to the correct location
- Assist visitors with parking access and payment options as needed
- Check in and out vehicles as needed
- Assist with maintenance of facility grounds as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned by manager
Required Skills and Abilities
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
- Customer service is a main focus for this position and candidates must be willing and able to communicate in English with customers
- Must be able to work standing for 4 - 8 hours per shift.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others using the English language.
- Perform tasks in a professional manner at all times
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
