You will:
• Lead growth campaigns across digital, campus, and creator channels
• Build Commit’s launch playbook
• Experiment fast, measure deeply, and push for creative virality
• Work with product and community teams to turn user insights into bold marketing moments
• Shape how Commit becomes a habit

This is not a “run ads and make decks” role. It is for someone who wants to build a brand from zero, design its voice, and own its users.
