Purpose Overview:
The Digital Marketing & Podcast Specialist will lead Integrity Capital’s digital presence by creating engaging video and social media content, managing the company’s podcast, and helping build a consistent, data-driven content rhythm. The Goal is to build brand authority and drive lead opportunities.
This individual will edit and publish podcast episodes, develop social content around them, build and manage a marketing calendar, track engagement, and create high-quality digital materials that represent the Integrity Capital brand.
Key Outcomes (First 6 to 12 Months):
Develop and maintain a monthly marketing and content calendar for first 6 months
Produce, edit, and publish short-form videos and podcast episodes consistently that are done by Founder. Must be 95% consistent.
Grow social media engagement and podcast listenership by 15–20%.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms, which are Facebook, X, Youtube, LinkedIn.
Deliver performance reports with actionable insights every single week and recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with leadership to refine creative direction and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Edit video clips, design visuals, and write captions for social media and website use.
Podcast Management:
Edit and upload podcast episodes (audio and video).
Write episode descriptions and show notes.
Schedule releases and coordinate promotional posts across platforms.
Repurpose podcast content into short clips, quotes, or social reels.
Social Media Management: Plan, post, and engage across company platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to build brand awareness.
Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a consistent marketing content calendar with weekly deliverables.
Performance Tracking: Track engagement metrics, analyze results, and make data-informed recommendations.
Iteration & Testing: Review content performance and produce creative iterations to enhance engagement and consistency.
Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and Marketing Director to align digital efforts with brand objectives and company initiatives.
Qualifications / Skills / Competencies:
Experience: 2–5 years in digital marketing, social media management, podcast production, or creative content development. Must demonstrate historical success and knowledge.
Technical: Proficiency with social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar; experience with podcast platforms like Riverside.FM, Spotify for Podcasters, or Anchor.
Creative: Strong design and storytelling skills, with a clear understanding of brand tone and audience engagement.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and creativity.
Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality.
Attributes: Growth-oriented, dependable, humble, resourceful, and results-driven.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services, commercial real estate, or professional services marketing.
Experience growing a podcast audience or social following organically.
Familiarity with automation tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar CRM-integrated platforms.
Work Style:
Creative, organized, proactive, and collaborative — with a “whatever it takes” mentality.
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $19–$25/hour (depending on experience) + Bonus structure
Part-time position: approximately 15–25 hours per week
