What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Manager, you’ll be trained and supported every step of the way as you:

• Lead by example through hands-on sales and service involvement
• Use performance data to help your team improve and thrive
• Host and lead virtual training and onboarding sessions
• Keep team communication positive, clear, and motivating
