Program Description
The J-IMPACT Winter Management and Business Leaders Networking Internship is a 10-day immersive experience that blends real-world professional exposure with Jewish values, leadership principles, and ethical decision-making.
Designed for students interested in management, leadership, operations, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, or business strategy, the program highlights how integrity, responsibility, and purpose shape effective leadership and high-performing teams. Participants meet with leaders directly in their field—including managers, department heads, founders, organizational leaders, and operations executives—while also engaging with influential business leaders from diverse industries.
Through company visits and private networking dinners, interns explore how Jewish ethical principles such as honesty, responsibility, community, and mission-driven leadership guide decision-making, team culture, and long-term organizational success.
Student Experience
Management-focused students will:
