Program Description
J-IMPACT Winter Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders Networking Internship is a 10-day immersive experience that blends real-world professional exposure with Jewish values, leadership principles, and ethical decision-making.
Designed for students interested in entrepreneurship, startups, innovation, product development, venture creation, or business strategy, the program highlights how integrity, creativity, responsibility, and purpose shape successful founders and resilient companies. Participants meet with leaders directly in their field—including startup founders, CEOs, innovation officers, venture capital professionals, and product leaders—while also engaging with influential business leaders from diverse industries.
Through company visits and private networking dinners, interns explore how Jewish ethical principles such as honesty, responsibility, community, and mission-driven leadership guide entrepreneurial decision-making, risk-taking, and long-term value creation.
Student Experience
Entrepreneurship-focused students will:
- Connect with founders, CEOs, innovators, product leaders, and startup professionals
- Hear from executives across multiple industries about how entrepreneurs identify opportunities, build teams, and scale ideas
- See how Jewish values shape ethical entrepreneurship, responsible innovation, and purpose-driven leadership

- Build meaningful relationships with mentors committed to personal, ethical, and professional growth
- Gain clarity on entrepreneurial career pathways and strengthen their readiness for launching or joining ventures
