Hospitality/Operations Intern, Chartwells K12 / Oskaloosa Community School District

You will be working closely with the leaders in the hospitality group within your sector and your account, developing skills and competencies to understand what is needed to be successful in the world of hospitality. You will gain valuable experience in the hospitality field, which may include time focused in the areas of operations, marketing, administration, guest services, sales and catering, problem resolution, planning and implementation of innovation, and client relationship skills. This internship involves hands-on experiences which will provide many opportunities for your personal success in a career of hospitality.

 

The Requirements:

  • Interest in the hospitality and service industry
  • Experience, knowledge, and/or studies within the hospitality field preferred

  • Executing operational standards

  • Operational support of serving platforms
  • Working in different settings: FOH, BOH, Catering, Marketing and Administration

Job Summary:

This position is paid, but not eligible for benefits such as medical, relocation, or housing.
