Senior Python Developer (AI/ML)
Location: Multiple locations in United States(U.S.-based candidates only)

Key Responsibilities
- Build, train, optimize, and deploy advanced ML and Deep Learning models.
- Develop scalable AI systems using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI GPT, LlamaIndex, and related tools.
- Implement Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Drive MLOps initiatives using MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, Amazon SageMaker, or similar platforms.
- Partner with Data Science teams to transform POCs into enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Architect and develop high-performance services using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Build microservices and distributed systems leveraging Kafka, AWS Lambda, EventBridge, or similar event-driven frameworks.
- Ensure test coverage, scalability, and adherence to coding best practices.
- Work closely with data engineering teams to design efficient ETL workflows.
- Utilize SQL/NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, and vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Optimize data pipelines for speed, reliability, and throughput.
- Cloud, DevOps & Deployment
- Deploy and maintain solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Use Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for containerization and orchestration.
- Lead technical decisions and influence AI/ML roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, DevOps).
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of Python development experience (backend + AI/ML).
- Strong hands-on experience with Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying ML models in production environments.
- Cloud expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, algorithms, and system design.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) for U.S. client interaction.
- Experience with end-to-end GenAI pipelines and enterprise AI adoption.
- Experience with LLM Orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Distributed computing tools (Spark, Ray, Databricks).
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional, and remote U.S.-based engineering teams.
