Position: Front Office Intern
Location: United Arab Emirates
Duration: 6–12 months
Start Date: Monthly intakes (students can apply year-round)

About the Opportunity:
Global Adventure Education partners with international hotels to provide structured internship opportunities for students in Hospitality & Tourism, Business Administration, and related fields. This internship is designed to give students real-world, practical experience in a multicultural hospitality environment while developing professional guest-service and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations

Welcome and assist guests during check-in/check-out

Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism

Provide information on hotel services and local attractions

Front Office Operations

Assist with reservations and cancellations

Maintain guest records and support daily front desk operations

Help ensure the front desk environment remains organized and efficient

Communication & Coordination

Answer phone calls and emails

Coordinate with internal departments regarding guest needs

Support the front office team with administrative tasks

Customer Service

Engage with guests throughout their stay to support a positive experience

Follow up on guest feedback and assist with solutions

Minimum Requirements

Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field

Strong communication skills in English

Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in an international environment

Professional demeanor and interest in developing customer-service skills
