Position Overview

The AI Workflow Automation Intern supports the design, implementation, and optimization of automated workflows across internal systems including CRM, content operations, sales pipelines, onboarding, and reporting. This role focuses on improving efficiency through AI-assisted tools, automation platforms, and structured process design.

This is a systems and operations role, not a pure software engineering position.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing and documenting automated workflows across departments

Support CRM automation including task creation, follow-ups, and notifications

Help implement AI-assisted tools for internal operations and reporting

Assist with workflow testing, troubleshooting, and optimization

Help map manual processes and convert them into automated systems

Support integration between platforms such as CRM, email, scheduling, and data tools

Document automation logic, triggers, and outcomes for internal use

Required Availability

Interns must be available for core team meetings:

Monday at 9:00 AM MST

Wednesday at 10:00 AM MST

Friday at 8:00 AM MST

SkillBridge participants also meet:

Thursday at 9:00 AM MST

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:

Computer Science

Information Systems

Data Analytics

Engineering

Business Analytics

Or a related field

Strong interest in automation, systems, and AI-assisted workflows

Comfortable learning CRM platforms and automation tools

Ability to follow structured processes and document technical workflows

Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

Experience with no-code or low-code automation tools

Familiarity with CRM systems, workflow builders, or APIs

Basic understanding of AI tools or prompt-driven automation

Experience mapping processes or creating flow diagrams
