Job Title: Civil Engineer/ Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Design:
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies.
• Develop project plans and designs in accordance with applicable codes and 
standards.
• Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, and other professionals to 
ensure integrated project delivery.
2. Construction Oversight:
• Manage construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications 
and regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may 
arise.
• Review and approve project changes, substitutions, and modifications.
3. Budgeting and Cost Control:
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying and addressing any cost 
overruns.
• Provide input for the development of project budgets.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and codes relevant to civil 
engineering.
5. Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, surveyors, and other 
engineering disciplines.
• Effectively communicate project requirements and expectations to team 
members.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in civil engineering.
