AI Creators Lab Participant
About Education at Work and CreatorUp
Education at Work is a national nonprofit that connects motivated students with leading opportunities for paid, resume-building work experiences. Through an exciting new partnership with CreatorUp, we are excited to offer new roles in the AI Creators Lab. This initiative offers students a unique opportunity to master cutting-edge AI video production and professional workflows, providing the critical durable skills and technical expertise needed to excel in the evolving digital landscape.
About the Role
The AI Creators Lab Participant will learn to conceptualize, script, storyboard, and produce short-form videos using a full suite of AI tools while practicing responsible, high-quality generation. Over the 16-week program, they’ll build skills in photoreal and stylized imagery, avatar performance, world-building, voice and sound design, and multi-tool workflow efficiency. Participants will interpret briefs, apply feedback, and manage credit use with both creativity and technical precision. As they progress, they’ll gain autonomy - moving from guided storyboards to independently executed projects that meet professional CreatorUp standards. By the end, each participant will assemble a polished portfolio demonstrating their strongest AI-powered video work, along with clear insights into what they learned and where they can continue to improve.
