Martech Developer Intern

Who We're Looking For 

Marketbridge is looking for an Martech Developer who’s eager to learn, build, and grow while helping bring digital marketing experiences to life. 

In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting the development and optimization of the technical pieces that power data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns. 

As an intern, you’ll work closely with experienced developers, designers, and marketing technologists to turn creative ideas into responsive, user-friendly digital assets. You’ll have the opportunity to assist with the development and testing of emails, landing pages and forms using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll also learn how to ensure assets render correctly across different devices using tools like Litmus and BrowserStack. 

You’ll be part of the Marketing Technology & Operations team, where you’ll collaborate on active campaigns and gain exposure to best practices in coding and QA. 

If you’re passionate about solving problems, writing clean code, and gaining real-world experience in digital marketing technology, this internship will give you the foundation and mentorship to grow your skills and make a meaningful impact. 

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in building and updating digital marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, and forms leveraging available templates across client Martech platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). 
  • Support senior developers in coding responsive digital assets for marketing campaigns. 
  • Help test digital assets across browsers and devices using tools like Litmus and BrowserStack. 
  • Support the activation of new marketing campaigns by ensuring assets are ready for deployment. 
  • Collaborate with design and marketing technology teams to translate mockups into functional experiences. 

Qualifications 

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
  • Understanding of responsive design principles (mobile first). 
  • Willingness to learn email development frameworks (MJML, table-based HTML, etc.). 
  • Ability to perform basic testing and debugging. 
  • Problem-solving mindset with curiosity for how digital experiences are built and optimized. 
  • Some exposure to marketing automation platforms is a plus, but not required.

This is a hybrid role based out of St. Jacobs, Ontario, required to work in EST hours.
