Chief Marketing Officer

Toyz Electronics is a venture-backed company building AI-powered, gamified career development tools for Gen Z through our Dah-Varsity AI platform. We partner with top universities and corporations to empower students to become superheroes in the AI age.

Role Overview:
We are hiring a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead sales, marketing, and fundraising strategy as we scale to $1M+ ARR. You will design and execute growth strategies, create content for our Dah-Varsity app, and develop promotional campaigns across social platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing and sales strategy to drive revenue and user growth.
  • Create multimedia content for app and social media campaigns.
  • Manage social platforms and marketing tools (TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, HootSuite, Google Trends, etc.).
  • Support fundraising efforts through investor marketing and communications.
  • Build and lead a marketing team as we scale internationally.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in marketing with a proven portfolio of success.
  • Familiarity with multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) and social media platforms.
  • Strong storytelling and branding skills.
  • Experience in tech, gaming, or edtech is a plus.

Additional Compensation:

  • Equity: 1% annually over 3 years based on performance.
