Position Summary
Leads the onboarding process for new staff and volunteers while supporting the overall HR strategy. Ensures smooth transitions into the campaign, reinforces workplace culture, and assists the HR Director in managing key department functions.

• Oversee onboarding for all new hires and volunteers
• Coordinate orientations, documentation, and role assignments
• Support HR leadership in developing department-wide initiatives
• Maintain clear communication with new team members throughout their transition
• Assist with HR operations including policy implementation and staff support
