Program Overview

The Global Banking and Advisory (GLBA) division offers an opportunity to join the North American division of a diverse global investment banking platform within Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking (SG CIB). Our transversal, product-neutral coverage teams span all businesses to promote the bank's products and services globally, providing world-class capital raising, financing, and advisory expertise.

Responsibilities

Projects include, but are not limited to:

  • Deal Execution: Support deal teams in pitching and executing transactions.
  • Financial Modeling: Create and maintain financial analyses and models.
  • Market Analysis: Understand product and market dynamics through comparable and markets analyses.
  • Research: Conduct due diligence and research on various businesses and industries.
  • Material Development: Develop presentation materials for internal colleagues, clients, and investors.

Eligibility Requirement:

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028 (Current sophomores are eligible to apply).
