Infirmary Assistant

Point O’Pines Camp for Girls is located on a private peninsula on Brant Lake in the Adirondack Mountains of New York. Our goal is to give girls the best summer ever. We help them build confidence and make friends in a safe, fun place.

We are seeking an Infirmary/Health Care Assistant to join our infirmary team. This job is great for nursing students who want to practice their skills at a summer camp. You will work with the nurses to help kids who feel sick, give out daily medicine, and keep the clinic ready for any needs.

You will use your medical knowledge to help with daily medicine routines and pack supplies for camp trips. You will also check on campers who are staying in the clinic to make sure they are comfortable and safe. When things get busy, you will stay calm and help the nurses during emergencies. 

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Usually a nursing student or someone with health care experience.
• Good at talking to people and keeping health information private.
• Able to follow directions well and work on a team.
