Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Maintenance Technician for an apartment community
- EPA I or II, Universal of HVAC certified
- Certified Pool Operator
Experience/Requirements
- Extensive experience in appliance repair, HVAC service and repair, plumbing, and electrical, pool chemical balancing/pool maintenance.
- Possess your own tools required to do the job.
- Reliable vehicle for work and transportation
Compensation
- Competitive Hourly rate
- $750/month truck allowance
- $90/month cell phone allowance
- On-call every 4-5 weeks
- $500 for on-call (or time and a half whichever is greater) if holiday week then $750 or $1,000
- Quarterly Bonuses
