The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator Intern to support our consulting team. You’ll help manage day-to-day operations, coordinate project activities, and support client engagements; ensuring our consultants can stay focused on delivering transformative results.

This role is perfect for a student or early-career professional who loves organization, systems, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.


Key Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling, calendars, and meeting logistics

Assist in preparing client deliverables (presentations, reports, proposals)

Maintain digital files, documentation, and internal systems

Track project timelines, tasks, and client milestones

Support client onboarding and communications

Assist with research, benchmarking, and workshop prep


Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Familiarity with Google Workspace; experience with CRM/project tools like ClickUp is a plus

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn

Administrative or operations experience preferred
