Title: Customer Service II - Bilingual
Location: Abbott Park, Illinois
Duration: 3 months + extension
Pay: $23/hr on W-2

Main Responsibilities:
- Contact center role supporting internal Abbott employees.
- Assistance with Workday system, policy questions, and data changes
- Handle emails, chats, web forms, phone calls, and Teams appointments.
- Provide support for Spanish-speaking employees, especially from Puerto Rico.
- Use the ticketing system (ServiceNow) and Workday for updates.
Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong typing and technology skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with the Workday system.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
- HR background or degree in HR
Education:
- A degree is preferred but not required.
- Open to candidates with customer service or HR backgrounds.
