Customer Service II - Bilingual

Title: Customer Service II - Bilingual
Location: Abbott Park, Illinois
Duration: 3 months + extension
Pay: $23/hr on W-2

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contact center role supporting internal Abbott employees.
  •  Assistance with Workday system, policy questions, and data changes
  • Handle emails, chats, web forms, phone calls, and Teams appointments.
  • Provide support for Spanish-speaking employees, especially from Puerto Rico.
  • Use the ticketing system (ServiceNow) and Workday for updates.

Skills: 

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Strong typing and technology skills.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with the Workday system.
  •  Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
  •  HR background or degree in HR

Education: 

  • A degree is preferred but not required.
  • Open to candidates with customer service or HR backgrounds.
