Internship Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Intern who is interested in SaaS, sports business, and college athletics. This role provides hands-on exposure to real sales conversations, pipeline development, and relationship-building within the youth and college sports ecosystem.

Interns will work closely with our leadership team and gain experience that goes well beyond a typical internship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with outbound sales efforts, including prospect research and lead generation
  • Help identify and engage potential partners such as club teams, leagues, and organizations serving student-athletes
  • Support sales outreach through email, CRM tools, and follow-ups
  • Participate in sales calls, demos, and strategy discussions when appropriate
  • Help track sales activity and assist with pipeline organization
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and positioning
  • Learn about the college recruiting landscape, NIL, and compliance considerations

Qualifications

  • Current college student (any major welcome; sports management, business, marketing, or communications a plus)
  • Interest in sales, sports business, startups, or SaaS
  • Background as a college or high school athlete, coach, or manager is a strong plus
  • Comfortable communicating professionally via email, phone, and video
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setting
