Operations Intern

Position: Operations Intern

Location: Remote

Duration: 3-6 months (with potential for extension)

About the Role: GO See The City is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. The Operations Intern will play a critical role in ensuring all aspects of the client and customer journey run smoothly. This includes managing insurance requirements, developing and conducting surveys, understanding and teaching the functionality of our platform, and supporting various operational tasks. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment and contribute to meaningful social and environmental change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all insurance requirements for clients and partners are met and maintained.
  • Develop, distribute, and analyze surveys to gather feedback from clients and customers.
  • Understand the GO See The City platform thoroughly and assist in teaching users and clients how to navigate and utilize it effectively.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring they understand and meet all operational requirements.
  • Support day-to-day operations to ensure the client and customer journey is seamless and efficient.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to platform usage and customer experience.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on operational activities and client feedback.
  • Administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of the platform.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with survey tools and data analysis is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability and social impact.
