Management Internship

Our Management Internship Program is a 12-week PAID hands-on training experience for college students looking for rapid advancement and a rewarding career!
While in our Management Internship program, you will be placed in one of our sales departments to work directly with that Department’s management team who will teach you the necessary skills to be a successful manager with Menards!
You will have the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, communication and time management skills, as well as the opportunity to gain hands-on management experience.
Are you….
 Within 3 semesters of college graduation pursuing a degree accepted for the
Manager Trainee Program
o Talk to your HR Coordinator to see if your degree qualifies!
 Able to work up to 40 hours a week during the program
 Have a desire to pursue a career with Menards in Management
