Management Internship

Our Management Internship program is a PAID 12 week internship in one of our Menards stores.

Management Internship candidates must be:

    A university junior or senior  within 3 semesters of graduation.

    Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a business related field.

The Management Internship Program  introduces our interns to daily Management responsibilities through one-on-one training with experienced Managers and real-life scenarios.

At the end of the Management Internship, the Management Intern will submit a final project evaluating what they have learned over the past 12 weeks
