Wayfinder Brand Management Intern

Our private label brand, Wayfinder RV, is built to empower more people to find their path to adventure with affordable RVs designed by campers for campers. Internship Overview:
We’re looking for a Brand Management Intern to join our marketing team and support the growth of Wayfinder RV. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real digital campaigns and get an inside look at what it takes to manage and grow a brand in a competitive market. If you’re a driven, detail-oriented student with a passion for marketing and a love of the outdoors, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Assist with copywriting and strategy for various marketing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile basic analytics reports
  • Collaborate with the team to improve user experience and update product content
  • Bring new, creative ideas to help grow the Wayfinder RV brand

 

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • A creative mindset and an interest in storytelling and brand building
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, project-driven environment
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, in-office environment
  • Curiosity and hunger to improve your skills 
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test 

 

Preferred:

  • Experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or Google Search Console
  • Interest in RVing, the outdoors, or travel

 

This role is not a fit if you are slow-moving, disengaged, or uninterested in creative work.

Pay & Credit:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week 
  • Opportunity for overtime on an as-needed project basis
  • Target Pay: $18 per hour
  • We will work with your college to have this internship count for college credit

Expected Results:

By the end of this internship, you will have:

  • A real portfolio of videos, graphics, and campaigns you helped create
  • Experience managing content across social platforms and YouTube
  • Exposure to analytics, performance tracking, and brand growth strategy
  • Played a measurable role in growing a national RV brand

Internship Details:

  • Start Date: May 4, 2026
  • End Date: August 28, 2026
  • Location: Meridian, ID (on-site)
  • Compensation: Paid internship (hourly)
  • Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week (flexible based on student schedule)
