Elite Videographer & Content Creator (Personal Brand + Lifestyle)

Location: Hybrid / Remote + Travel

Compensation: Paid (per project or monthly retainer) + Travel Covered

Type: Part-Time → Full-Time Opportunity

🚀 About the Opportunity

We’re building one of the fastest-growing sales organizations in the country, and we’re looking for a top-tier videographer / content creator to help document, elevate, and scale the brand.

This is not a basic social media role.

You’ll be working directly with leadership, capturing: 

  • High-energy virtual trainings
  • Behind-the-scenes moments
  • “Day in the life” content
  • Lifestyle, travel, and incentive trips (cruises, Fiji, retreats, etc.)

Your content will be seen by thousands of high-performing sales reps, entrepreneurs, and recruits nationwide.

🎬 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Attending live virtual trainings and clipping:
    • High-impact moments
    • Teaching points
    • Motivation & culture clips
  • Creating short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube clips)
  • Advanced editing, transitions, captions, pacing, and hooks
  • Traveling with our team to film:
    • Sales offices
    • Team events
    • Incentive trips (cruises, international travel, retreats)
  • Helping build a personal brand + organization brand from the inside out

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

This role is for someone who:

  • Is obsessed with content and storytelling
  • Understands short-form attention economics
  • Can make content feel premium, fast, and cinematic
  • Knows how to clip long-form → viral short-form
  • Wants access, experiences, and growth, not just a paycheck

You should already be comfortable with:

  • Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / After Effects (or similar)
  • Social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Editing for retention, hooks, and pacing
  • Creating content that actually performs
