About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Growth Marketing Analyst to support audience acquisition, marketing efforts, and other systems-based operations across the company. This is a high-visibility, execution-driven role working directly with the CEO, President, and Executive Team.

This is an automation, growth marketing, and data operations role focused on keeping the company’s marketing processes, platforms, and workflows running smoothly and efficiently. You will support marketing, events, sales operations, data management, reporting, automation, and cross-functional execution where needed.

0–2 years of professional experience is preferred.

Formal marketing or analyst experience is NOT required.

What You’ll Do

🔹Marketing Systems & Platform Operations

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot core marketing and growth systems, including:
    • HubSpot Marketing
    • Airtable
    • Eventbrite
    • Apollo & Seamless.AI
    • Google Sheets
    • LinkedIn automation tools
    • Airmeet
  • Ensure platforms are correctly configured and internal data is accurate and up to date.
  • Support team members’ day-to-day system needs and platform operations.

🔹 Growth Marketing & Audience Acquisition

  • Support audience growth initiatives across digital campaigns, outbound programs, and more.
  • Assist with campaign setup, segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking
  • Analyze funnel performance and campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities to grow our ecosystem.

🔹 Data Management & Reporting

  • Manage, clean, and deduplicate large datasets across marketing and growth systems.
  • Maintain accurate records for contacts, leads, campaign data, and event audiences.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and summaries in Google Sheets and HubSpot to support decision-making.
  • Analyze performance across campaigns, outreach efforts, and growth workflows.

🔹 Automation & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive workflows.
  • Build and maintain repeatable processes in HubSpot, Eventbrite, and other systems.
  • Support team by implementing simple automations that reduce manual work.
  • Document internal processes, systems, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of professional experience (internships, academic projects, and part-time roles accepted)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
    (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, filtering, data cleaning, basic dashboards)
  • Rapid ability to learn new platforms and internal tools
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction
