Registered Nurse

Village Caregiving - Bloomington is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our team in Bloomington, IN!

We’re hiring a Registered Nurse to complete in-home client assessments, train caregivers, and assist office management in delivering quality home care. This is a non-skilled role with one-on-one home visits. The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide support to our clients in their homes.

$70,000-$80,000 Salary

Duties:

In-home client assessments

Create Plans of Care

Train and support caregivers

Review documentation and provide oversight to ensure quality and compliance

Educate and support caregivers and office staff

Monitor for changes in condition and coordinate appropriate follow-up

Collaborate with families, case managers, and internal teams

Assist with branch growth and clinical operations initiatives

Not bedside nursing. No hands-on clinical care.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)

Current RN license in good standing

CPR certification

Strong assessment and communication skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Home care experience is not required, we provide training.
