Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Community Intern to help nurture and grow our online community across social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who loves social media, enjoys engaging with people and has a genuine passion for pets. You’ll play a key role in building meaningful connections between DOG by Dr Lisa and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with our community across Instagram and TikTok (comments, DMs, and replies)
  
   
• Help foster positive, authentic conversations around the DOG by Dr Lisa brand
  
   
• Identify community trends, FAQs and opportunities to improve engagement
  
   
• Support the Social Media and Marketing team with community-focused initiatives
  
   
• Assist with light content support, including caption suggestions and community feedback
  
   
• Encourage user-generated content and strengthen relationships with our audience
  
   

Qualifications:

• Interest in social media, community building and brand engagement
  
   
• Strong written communication skills with a friendly, empathetic tone
  
   
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok
  
   
• Passion for pets and animal care
  
   
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with people online
