Job Overview: 

We’re seeking an entry-level Sourcer / Researcher to join our high-performing team. This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who’s curious, detail-oriented, and ready to learn the ins and outs of recruiting. You’ll support our executive search team by identifying top candidates, managing research projects, and learning how high-level recruiting works from the ground up. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Candidate Research: Identify and map out potential candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing tools 
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and candidate profiles in our ATS (PCRecruiter) 
  • Talent Pipeline Support: Build and organize shortlists of talent for active searches 
  • Outreach Preparation: Assist with messaging and email campaigns to engage prospective candidates 
  • Market Intelligence: Help gather insights on industries, competitors, and org charts to support ongoing searches 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Strong organizational and research skills 
  • High attention to detail and follow-through 
  • A proactive attitude and curiosity about recruiting, HR, or business 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel, and navigating online databases 
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment 

Ideal Background: 

  • Recent college graduate or 0–1 years of experience in business, communications, sales, HR, or a related field 
  • Interest in talent acquisition, recruiting, or executive search
