Status Solutions is passionate about developing early-career talent. Our “Feed the Machine” - Career Path Program offers new graduates hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path for growth across multiple career tracks.

 

How It Works

Start in Customer Support: All graduates begin in our Customer Service & Support Practice to build a strong foundation in our technology solutions, customer service, and evangelizing our business model.

Learn by Doing: You’ll work directly with customers, triage real issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Training & Mentorship: Receive structured training on our solutions, tools, and processes, along with ongoing guidance from experienced team members.

Grow Into Your Path: After approximately 6–12 months, we help you transition into a role that matches your strengths and interests, including Customer Support (advanced tiers), Software Development, Project Management, Solutions Management, Sales Engineering, etc.
