Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes.
• Provide insight to larger team on trends and errors and provide innovative business solutions.
• Review various processes including sales compensation planning, sales new hire onboarding & training, and our North America Sales Forecasting process.
• Research and analyze current processes and present formal recommendations for improvements.
Competencies and skills
• Rising Sophomore/Junior pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field of study.
• Strong project management skills.
• Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel and Word.
