Junior CRM Technology Consultant – Remote (U.S. Based)
React, JavaScript, Python, SQL | Client-Facing Consulting Track

Boosted CRM Consulting is hiring a technically strong Junior CRM Technology Consultant who wants to grow beyond coding and develop into a client-facing technology consultant and solution architect.

This role is ideal for a Computer Science, MIS, or Information Systems graduate who enjoys solving real business problems using software and wants exposure to client strategy, system architecture, and consulting, not just development work.

You will work directly with experienced consultants and developers to design and implement CRM and automation solutions for growing businesses using Zoho applications, APIs, integrations, and custom development.

During the first few months, you will shadow senior consultants on client calls, learn CRM architecture, and gradually begin participating in pre-sales discovery conversations and solution design discussions.

Our goal is to train you to become a Technology Consultant who can both understand systems deeply and guide clients toward the right solutions.
