Serialization Support Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for a Serialization Support Engineer to assist in supporting pharma packaging line systems. This is an entry‑level, on‑the‑job training role suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in automation, hardware/software troubleshooting, and regulated manufacturing environments.
You will work with senior engineers to learn how serialization systems operate, support daily production activities, and ensure smooth functioning of packaging line equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic support for serialization systems used on pharma packaging lines.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues related to hardware such as scanners, printers, vision systems, and PLCs.
- Support documentation updates such as user requirements, design documents, and change records.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Learn and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
- Support incident tracking using tools like ServiceNow.
- Participate in installation and testing activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) under supervision.
- Coordinate with IT teams for system access, software updates, and database support.
Required Qualification
- Undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Basic understanding of automation concepts such as PLC or SCADA (internship or project experience is a plus).
- Good problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn hands-on work.
