Graduate Assistant - AI Solutions Developer

Purpose:

  • Develop a Microsoft copilot agent to:
    • Monitor Marshall For All program administration Power BI Dashboards daily for issues that need attention.
    • Deliver concise, actionable messages to program staff summarizing items needing review or correction.
    • Integrate with existing systems (Power BI, Teams, Outlook) for seamless communication

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with staff to define alert criteria and reporting needs.
  • Develop, test, and deploy a Microsoft AI agent using Copilot, Power Automate, Azure AI, and Power BI.
  • Integrate agent with Teams/Outlook for daily messaging.
  • Refine logic and messaging based on feedback.
  • Document processes and support knowledge transfer.

Qualifications (Preferred):

  • Experience with Python, Power BI, and Microsoft cloud tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation:

  • Temporary, part-time position (10-20 hours per week, $16-$22 per hour)
