Human Resources Intern
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR systems, recruiting analytics, compliance documentation, and benefits administration within a fast-paced business environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to gain practical HR experience and develop strong analytical and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS & Recruiting Support (Paylocity)
- Conduct audits to ensure interview notes, candidate evaluation forms, and DiSC assessments are properly uploaded
- Organize and relocate documentation within candidate profiles
- Upload and maintain accurate screening notes
- Assist in generating recruiting reports (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, hiring metrics)
- Analyze 2025 vs. 2026 application data (skilled trades vs. professional roles)
Recruiting & Operations Support
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team
- Assist with document organization and career event planning
- Support general HR administrative tasks as needed
Benefits Support
- Organize pension files (filing, scanning, shredding legacy files)
- Provide ad hoc support to the Benefits team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with HR systems and data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
