A growing engineering team is seeking an entry-level Civil Staff Engineer to support projects in Energy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a positive, solutions-focused mindset, and enjoys collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions

• Support senior engineers with project planning and execution

• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports

• Conduct research and analysis to address engineering challenges

• Ensure work complies with safety, quality, and industry standards

• Participate in periodic day travel as project needs require

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program

• EI or EIT certification preferred

• Zero to three years of relevant experience

• Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Focus on Civil Energy Projects
