Children’s Behavioral Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric therapy team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, play-based speech therapy in a supportive, clinic-based environment where collaboration and client progress are prioritized.

You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Behavior Analysts, and Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver integrated, child-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one and small group therapy services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Partner with families to support carryover strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Supervise and support SLP-A staff in accordance with Missouri regulations

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Missouri SLP license (or pending eligibility)
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
