Children’s Behavioral Services is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing pediatric therapy team. This role offers the opportunity to help build and shape pediatric physical therapy services within a supportive, clinic-based environment where collaboration and clinical quality are prioritized.

You’ll work alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Behavior Analysts to provide integrated, child-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide play-based, functional therapy services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Partner with families to support carryover strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Missouri
• Graduate of an accredited DPT program
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Interest in program growth and development is a plus
