Recruiter Support Intern

The Role

The Intern works directly alongside an Account Executive (AE), providing hands-on support in daily recruiting and marketing activities. This role is designed to give a soon-to-be graduate meaningful, real-world experience in the recruiting industry while also serving as a potential pathway into a long-term career with ETS Recruit.

Key Responsibilities for Supporting AEs
 

• Shadow and assist an Account Executive in core recruiting functions.
• Create and organize call lists for marketing campaigns.
• Execute marketing calls that drive engagement and measurable results.
• Conduct social media and LinkedIn searches for potential candidates.
• Utilize social media recruiting to connect with candidates and clients.
• Create and edit email templates for marketing outreach.
• Assist in writing and posting job descriptions.
• Maintain organized and accurate data within recruiting systems.

Summarized Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree Program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong professional drive and eagerness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and internet research.
• Familiarity with social media and networking platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Insta, TikTok, Twitter).
• Summer availability of approximately 30-40 hours per week for a 12-to-16-week period.
• Desire to pursue a long-term career opportunity with ETS Recruit in Roanoke, Va.
