Boyce Elementary 1st Grade Teacher

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid Michigan Elementary teaching certification with Elementary K-5 (all subjects) teaching endorsement.
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with teachers, parents, and administrators through professional communication. 
  • Knowledge and consistent application of the legal and ethical practices 
  • Thorough knowledge and application of the principles and methodologies of effective teaching 
  • In-depth understanding of a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) 
  • Thorough understanding of Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS) 
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing 
  • Must have the proven ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis 

 

Beginning Date: April 13, 2026 (or ASAP)
